Proudly delivering top-quality AV services through the Mid-South

Because our warehouse is conveniently located in Nashville, Tennessee, our team of qualified AV technicians will travel anywhere in the Mid-South to provide our services and equipment. We offer the option to add delivery, set-up, demonstration, strike and pick up on all orders, as well as technical support for any rental equipment.

Terms of Service

 DELIVERY

All equipment is tested and primed before leaving our warehouse. As part of our Rental Agreement, an equipment deposit is required before delivery. Note that a Wait Fee may be charged if the designated person responsible for accepting the equipment is not at the event location at the time specified in the agreement.

 

Our Delivery Charge is calculated based on mileage from our warehouse in Nashville, TN to the event location. The first 15 miles are free.

 

PICK UP

Equipment inventory is made upon pick up; however, final inspection and testing of the equipment is performed when the rental equipment arrives back at our warehouse. Note that a Strike Fee may be charged if the equipment is not ready for pick up at the event location at the time specified in the agreement.

 

Our Pick Up Charge is calculated based on mileage from our warehouse in Nashville, TN to the event location. The first 15 miles are free.

 

CLIENT PICK UP

Are you tech-savvy? We allow most of our equipment to be picked up and rented directly from our warehouse. We will review the equipment and demonstrate setup and functionality.

 

There is no charge for this service, however; as part of our Rental Agreement, an equipment deposit is required.

 

SETUP & STRIKE

Our technicians are available to setup & strike rental equipment and provide instruction to a designated person who will be operating the equipment. The technician will return at the conclusion of the event to strike and pick up the equipment. Note that a Labor Fee may be charged if an event includes complex or multiple set-ups.

 

Our Setup Charge includes both equipment breakdown and packing. The charge is based on the size and complexity of the setup.

 

WAIT TIME

Based on the event duration and distance from the warehouse, it may be more economical to have our delivery/pick up person or setup/strike technicians remain at the event rather than make two round trips.

 

Our Wait Charge is billed hourly per person. Note that a Strike Fee or Wait Fee may be charged if the designated person responsible for the equipment is not at the event location at the time specified in the agreement.

 

MILEAGE

Mileage is calculated based on distance from our warehouse in Nashville, TN to and from the event location. The charge is applied per mile after the first 15 miles. Note that if a job requires both delivery and pick up, the mileage may be charged twice.
