Where are you located?

We are located in Nashville, Tennessee; however, we regularly service venues and events with our equipment throughout the Mid-South

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is complimentary within 15 miles of Nashville, TN.  Any distance beyond 15 miles will incur a $0.65/mi. fee.

How are rental rates determined?

Our rental rates are priced per item per day with multi-day & long-term rental discounts available.

What is the preferred method of payment?

We accept all cards, checks or cash. Our clients typically find it easiest to have their credit card on file charged upon delivery or pick up.

 

What if I only want or need to rent one item?

No problem!  One of the great things about Channel Audio is that there is no minimum or maximum order.

 

What brands of equipment does your company provide?

We carry all major lines and manufacturers.  If we do not have the brand you are looking for, we will look into adding that line to support your needs.

What if I do not use some of my rentals?

No credits are given for unused rental equipment.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 7 days' notice will be charged the full amount of the rental order. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 14 days' notice will be charged 50% of the rental order. Cancellations made more than 14 days' notice will not be charged. Cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemic) will be charged 50% of the rental order. 

What if my rental equipment gets damaged or misplaced?

If any rental equipment is damaged or lost, the client will receive an invoice with replacement fees for any items damaged or broken, and the credit card on file will be charged.  Please ensure that equipment is secure from theft and protected from the weather.
